Apply this routine to bare nails for 2 weeks:

1. Prep File – once a week

At the start of each week, gently buff the nail surface to smooth out unevenness and prepare your nails for treatment.

2. Active Smooth – every 2 days

Apply one coat to clean nails and leave to air-dry. Reapply every two days without removing the previous coat.

3. Green Oil – twice a day

Apply to nails and cuticles, massaging gently.

4. S.O.S. Mask – once a week

At the end of each week, remove Active Smooth with the Nail Polish Remover Oil or Gentle Nail Polish Remover, then apply a thick layer of the mask. Leave to air-dry. The next morning, peel it off or remove it with soapy water.
