The Club

The Club is The Bradery's loyalty programme. It rewards your engagement with points, called Brads. Brads can then be used directly at checkout on any order from €60 (excluding delivery costs, travel sales and Friend Brands).

100 Brads are worth €1.

Anyone with an account on The Bradery is part of this loyalty programme, starting at Member status. The total amount spent on The Bradery then allows you to reach higher tiers: Star and Legend, offering you various benefits.
Regardless of your status, you can earn Brads by completing challenges.

All information regarding your status, your The Club benefits, and your Brads balance is available in your app, under the Profile > The Club section.
This loyalty programme is free and comes with no commitment.

Each new tier allows you to unlock new benefits in The Club.

Member status is the entry level of the loyalty programme.

From €500 spent, you move up to Star status and receive a €5 voucher credited to your Brads balance. You also get early access to sales every day.

From €1,500 spent, you reach Legend status and receive a €5 voucher credited to your Brads balance, early access to sales every day, a 1,000 Brads birthday gift, as well as 1% cashback on all eligible orders (excluding travel, delivery costs, and friend brands).

Brads credited to your balance are valid for 6 months from the date they are added and can be used directly at checkout for any order from €60.

Brads are loyalty points that you can use on the app to get discounts on your orders (excluding delivery fees and travel sales). 100 Brads = €1.

You can check your balance at any time under Profile> The Club. Once credited, your Brads are valid for 6 months.

There are 4 ways to earn Brads:

• By completing challenges available on the app in The Club section.
• By referring your friends and family, when they download the app and/or place their first order.
• Through cashback, reserved for Legend members.
• During special promotions, offered occasionally by The Bradery.

If an order that earned Brads is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding Brads will automatically be deducted from your balance.

Invite a friend who has never ordered from The Bradery and give them €15 off their first order.

To refer a friend, go to Profile> The Club then click on Refer your friends to get your referral link. You can share your referral link with as many people as you like.

By clicking on this link, your referred friend will receive a unique promo code, valid for 3 months. Once their first order is confirmed, you will receive 1,500 Brads (meaning €15 off), regardless of your status.

You can also earn 200 Brads each time a friend downloads The Bradery app via your referral link and logs in for the first time.

Cashback allows you to earn Brads on your purchases, at a rate of 1 Brad per euro spent. This benefit is reserved for members with Legend status.

Brads are calculated on your order total excluding delivery fees, travel sales, and Friend Brands.

Your Brads are credited 14 days after receiving your order. If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, they are added 14 days after receiving the last parcel.

You can check your Brads balance at any time in the app, under Profile> The Club.

Once credited, your Brads are valid for 6 months and can be used directly at checkout for any order of €60 or more. They are automatically converted into a discount on your order, based on the following conversion: 100 Brads = €1.

Challenges are actions that allow you to earn Brads.

Défis, available exclusively on the app, can only be completed once and earn you Brads immediately (for example: following The Bradery on Instagram or TikTok, or completing your profile).

If you had already completed a défi before the launch of The Club, simply open the défi in the app, under the The Club section, to unlock your reward.

The app login challenge allows you to earn Brads by logging in several days in a row. Your Brads are automatically credited each time a new milestone is reached.
