This variety of Ficus lyrata, also known as the fiddle-leaf fig, has leathery leaves with the characteristic shape of a violin. The leaves grow on a sturdy stem, giving the plant its popular appearance. The Ficus lyrata 'Bambino' stays relatively small, with a maximum height of around 90 centimetres. This makes it ideal for smaller spaces where you still want to add an elegant plant. Its decorative appearance is highly appreciated in the interior design sector, and the plant fits effortlessly into any type of interior.

Easy to care for
Care: Watering: Moderate. The Ficus Lyrata prefers slightly moist soil, with the top layer allowed to dry out between waterings. Proper drainage is also essential for the houseplant's health.
Position: Indirect light. The Ficus Lyrata Bambino grows best in bright, indirect light; direct sunlight can scorch the decorative leaves.
Care: Moderate. Unsightly or dead leaves can be removed. In addition, the plant requires fertiliser during its active growth phase, typically in spring and summer.
