Care instructions

- Watering: ¼ of the required amount of water twice a week (both summer and winter). The potting soil should always remain slightly moist (based on a standard 1-litre watering can). If the plant wilts or its leaves curl, it lacks water. - Location: Shade (place the plant at least 3 metres away from a window; the further away you move it, the lower the light levels).

- Maintenance: Repot the plant every two to three years, or when the pot becomes too small (preferably in spring).

Please note that plants cannot be returned.

If the plant is defective (damaged in transit, wrong model received), you have 7 days to contact our customer service. Beyond this period, no refund will be issued. These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
