Ctenanthe Amagris – Indoor Plant

The Ctenanthe Amagris is native to South America. Just like its cousin, the Ctenanthe Burle-Marxii, it belongs to the Marantaceae family. With its silvery-green leaves and purple undersides, it never goes unnoticed. Beyond its beauty, this indoor plant is renowned for its air-purifying qualities and its beneficial effect on ambient humidity. It requires a little more attention than other plants, but once you get the hang of it, you will be able to enjoy it for a long time!

Care

The Ctenanthe Amagris prefers a bright spot, but away from direct sunlight. It is a plant that needs a little extra attention. Simply water it when the soil feels slightly dry. We recommend watering once a week in summer and twice a week in winter. It also requires high ambient humidity; mist it regularly.

If the plant is defective (damaged in transit, wrong model received), you have 7 days to contact our customer service. Beyond this period, no refund will be issued. These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
