Since 1958, Cilaos fisherman sandals have carried on a timeless style blending tradition and elegance. Their closed toe, delicate straps and leather sole offer daily support, comfort and protection. Crafted from premium French leather, they develop a natural patina over time, revealing their full character.

Our workshop La Botte Gardiane is located in the Gard region, in France. It has been recognised as one of the Métiers d'Art since 2016. We have held the French Living Heritage Company (EPV) label since 2007.

Leather: Full-grain re-tanned with hot grease, highly water-resistant. The thickness of this leather makes it very robust and ensures excellent durability over time.
Origin of the leather: French tannery Haas, located in Alsace and awarded the EPV label.
Sole: Leather or Leather & Non-slip half soles
