Ingredients (per 5 g):
Naticol® marine collagen* (2500 mg, fish), bulking agent: acacia fibre, glycine (750 mg), bilberry powder (Vaccinium myrtillus L., 200 mg), vitamin C (160 mg – 200% RI**), natural flavouring: blue raspberry, Centella asiatica extract (Centella asiatica L., 100 mg), vitamin E (12 mg – 100% RI**), bamboo extract (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad., 26 mg, of which silica: 19.5 mg), vitamin B8 (2 mg – 4000% RI).

Forest Fruits Collagen:
Mix 1 scoop (included), equivalent to 5 g of powder, into a glass of water or a drink of your choice (hot or cold).
Easy to prepare; dissolves instantly. Up to a maximum of 4 scoops per day.
Forest fruits flavour, with no added sugar.

For Hair:
Initial course (4 weeks): take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening with a large glass of water.
Maintenance course (8 weeks): take 2 capsules in the morning with a large glass of water.
For lasting effects, we recommend a 3-month course.
