The pouffe arrives compressed in a compact parcel, ideal for narrow access points such as staircases or small hallways. As soon as it is opened, the pouffe begins to regain its shape. Allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully recover its volume and comfort. This delay is normal and guarantees optimal quality after decompression.

Please note:
• Assembly is easy, with no tools required.
• The pouffe can be used straight out of the packaging, even if its final comfort settles after a few days.
• To speed up the reshaping process, make sure to air the room well and gently pat the cushions.
• After unpacking, it is recommended to gently pat the JANIS pouffe to restore its volume; if a few creases persist, you can use a steamer to smooth the fabric.
