This program has no side effects. Due to the presence of green tea, caffeine (44.8 mg/day), sweet clover, and horse chestnut, this program is not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people taking anticoagulants. It also contains estragole (derived from fennel): not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Furthermore, it is not recommended to take it outside of mealtimes. The Metabolism Activator contains green tea, including EGCG (1.5 mg/day): a daily intake equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin (-)-3-gallate is not recommended. Do not consume if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Due to the presence of trans-resveratrol, people taking medication should only consume this product under medical supervision.
