Per 3 capsules (daily dose)
- Berberis root extract (Berberis aristata DC.): 363 mg including Berberine: 352 mg

- Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Extract (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl): 270 mg

Ovastart: Take 2 sticks per day, one just before the first meal of the day.
