We repair all our machines—simply call 0800 55 52 53. We will loan you another machine during the repair, and we add a 6-month warranty to your repaired machine.
Recyclable
All machines that can no longer be repaired are recycled thanks to the eco-organisation Ecosystem.
For 20 years, Nespresso has been committed to a circular economy for its machines. The company repairs, reconditions, and recycles its machines with its partner ANRH, which employs people with disabilities. The reconditioning of the machines is carried out by this partner to give everyday items a second life, within a circular economy approach, supporting more than 50 local French jobs that cannot be offshored.
As part of its After-Sales Service, Nespresso France offers to exchange a faulty machine for a refurbished one. This option is an alternative to the traditional repair offer, for which the customer remains the sole decision-maker.
