In particular, three documents may be requested:

The itemised The Bradery invoice: this will be available on your order, in your The Bradery customer account.
The certificate of conformity: available on gaya.bike/pages/ressources by selecting the relevant model.
Bicycode registration certificate: available after registering the bike. Following delivery, you will receive an email from Bicycode allowing you to confirm your bike's registration and download your certificate.

You have 14 days to return your item. Returns are free if you choose a refund in the form of a gift card (subject to exceptions, see T&Cs). For a refund to the original payment method, the return fee is €6.99.

♻️ Keep the original pallet and cardboard box: they are essential for GAYA to handle the return of your bike during the 14-day withdrawal period. Without them, the costs and organisation of the return will remain at your expense.
