Description
What's in a name? Two things. On the one hand, Inner Circle refers to the group of people with whom you share the private table; on the other hand, the name describes Baas's leitmotif. 'I discovered that all tableware items are made up of circles within circles,' explains Baas. 'At the same time, the circle is considered the most perfectly symmetrical shape. I played with this notion and drew spontaneous circles in pencil, far from perfect.' These drawings were literally translated into tableware. The objects are the materialisation of imperfect concentric circles.
