Whetstones, also known as water stones, are used to grind and sharpen the cutting edge of knives.

The KOTAI double-sided 180/800 grit whetstone offers you two faces: a coarse 180 grit side for restoring very dull blades, and a fine 800 grit side for the finishing touch to achieve a razor-sharp edge.
