Care: Place the banana plant in a spot with indirect sunlight all day long. A little shade or direct sun is not a problem. Banana plants can be quite thirsty. Water them as soon as the top layer of potting soil begins to dry out. If you increase the humidity around this plant, the leaves will stay in better condition. Do this with a plant mister or place a bed of pebbles at the bottom of the pot.

If the plant is defective (damaged in transit, wrong model received), you have 7 days to contact our customer service. Beyond this period, no refund will be issued. These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
