Trachycarpus Palm – Outdoor Plant

Features: - Delivered individually

- Delivery height is 60-70 cm (measured from the bottom of the nursery pot to the top of the plant)

- Delivered in a ⌠21 cm nursery pot

- Hardy & Evergreen

Care: - Watering: Under normal conditions, 1 to 2 times a week, and during prolonged heat, water the plant at least 2 to 3 times a week (note: in extreme drought, water daily). We assume a garden hose or sprinkler is used.

- Location: Partial shade to sun (maximum 4-6 hours of sunlight per day)

- Care: The lower leaves of this palm tree will eventually discolour; you can remove them by bending them gently and cutting them with pruning shears.

If the plant is defective (damaged in transit, wrong model received), you have 7 days to contact our customer service. Beyond this period, no refund will be issued. These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
