Care: - Watering: 1/3 watering every 2 weeks in summer + 1/3 watering every 8 to 12 weeks in winter (note: this is based on a standard (indoor) watering can with a 1-litre capacity).

- Location: 2 metres from a south, west, or east-facing window (requires at least 5 hours of sunlight per day).

- Maintenance: lower leaves may die off and can be removed by pulling the leaf downwards (these old leaves are replaced by new leaves at the top of the plant).

If the plant is defective (damaged in transit, wrong model received), you have 7 days to contact our customer service. Beyond this period, no refund will be issued. These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
