- Delivery height is 130-140 cm (measured from the bottom of the nursery pot to the top of the plant)

- Delivered in a ⌠27 cm nursery pot

Care: - Watering: 1/3 watering once a week (note: this assumes a standard watering can with a 1-litre capacity).

- Location: Partial shade 2 to 3 metres from the window, provided the window faces north (requires 3 to 5 hours of sunlight per day).

- Maintenance: Older, less attractive leaves will drop to make way for new leaves; this is a natural process. They can be removed by trimming the branch as close to the trunk as possible.

If the plant is defective (damaged in transit, wrong model received), you have 7 days to contact our customer service. Beyond this period, no refund will be issued. These are living plants subject to transit. A small amount of soil may come loose from the pot during transport. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please note that these products cannot be delivered to islands. Any order with a delivery address on an island (e.g. Corsica, Île de Ré, etc.) will be cancelled.

The plant is delivered in a nursery pot. Upon receipt, it should be repotted into a pot approximately 20% larger than the initial nursery pot.
