A cosy, practical sofa — what more could you ask for?To convince you further, here are its technical details:- The seat of the Villabon sofa is made from HR 35 kg/m3 polyurethane foam with a pocket filled with a blend of polyester fibres and flakes, covered in 160 g/m3 wadding.- Its backrest and armrests are made from a blend of polyester fibres and polyether foam flakes.- Its 4 back cushions have zip-off covers with a simple topstitch finish, as does its seat cushion.- The structure of this 4-seater sofa is made from E1-grade particleboard, solid pine and beech wood from Poland, and fibreboard.- The bed base is made of fold-out two-fold steel with laminated beech slats from Poland + one fold with elastic straps.- The mattress is made from high-resilience polyurethane foam with a density of 30 kg/m3, covered in 100% polyester stretch ticking with a quilted 300 g/m3 wadding panel.- Finally, this sofa bed stands on 4 angled beechwood legs, 16 cm high.
