This is an archive piece from the late 1980s, one of the finest periods of the fashion house under Karl Lagerfeld. The body of the bag is crafted from full-grain lambskin, diamond-quilted on the central panel and smooth on the upper and lower bands — a textural contrast that structures the silhouette cleanly. On the front, a circular gold-plated CC charm hangs from a chain: the signature feature of this tote series, and the reason behind its name.

The two leather-intertwined chains, 78 cm long, are designed for shoulder carry. At 33 cm wide and 12 cm deep, it functions as a true work bag: small tablet (iPad or Kindle), diary, makeup bag, phone, continental wallet, glasses case. The interior is fully lined in leather — a detail no longer found on recent productions — with two zip pockets.

Good condition, grade B — the leather is in good condition with no notable flaws, corners are clean and the bottom is in good condition. A faint, discreet mark is present at the bottom front, visible in the photos. The interior shows signs of previous wear consistent with the age of the piece. Delivered in careful RARR Vintage packaging, with dust bag, RARR Vintage certificate of authenticity and Entrupy certificate of authenticity.
