From what age can my child use this toothbrush?

The MyVariations Kids toothbrush is recommended for children aged 3 and up, to around 12 years old. Beyond that, they can switch directly to the adult model! For a child aged 9-10 and above, it is possible to switch straight to the adult model. For a younger child or baby, we remind you that dentists recommend baby teeth brushing be carried out by an adult.

Can Kids brush heads be used on adult handles?

The heads are interchangeable between the adult and child brushes; however, we don't really recommend it, as the children's toothbrushes are truly 100% designed for little ones. The head is different, smaller and genuinely adapted to children, but the handle is also lighter, smaller, and easier for small hands to hold. 🤗 In addition, the brushing modes of the Kids brush are designed for young children aged 3 and up. Brushing needs to be gentler than for adults: the 2 modes on the Kids brush are even gentler than the “Sensitive” mode on the adult brush. 😉 This truly avoids exposing little ones' gums and teeth to brushing that might be a bit too powerful. Finally, for children aged 9-10 and above, it is also possible to switch directly to the adult brush!

Are brush heads from other brands compatible?

Brush heads sold by other brands are not compatible with the MyVariations toothbrush. MyVariations brush heads feature thousands of DuPont nylon bristles, are specially designed to remove dental plaque, and are recommended by dental surgeons from the UFSBD.

I have sensitive teeth and gums, can I use the MyVariations toothbrush?

Absolutely! The MyVariations toothbrush is 100% suitable for people with sensitive teeth and gums. The 5 different brushing modes allow everyone to find the one that suits them best. We recommend using the sensitive teeth brushing mode (red colour) to start with. The brush can also be used in cases of gingivitis/periodontitis. Furthermore, in cases of tooth and/or gum sensitivity, Sensitive toothpaste can also provide relief.

What are the different brushing modes (adult brush)?

The different modes allow every user to find the one that suits them best, thanks to slightly different vibration frequencies and varied bristle movement ranges. There are 5 of them:

• White (blue): the most powerful mode, featuring the highest movement frequency for a slightly more vigorous clean, especially for people who produce a lot of plaque.
• Clean (green): the “normal” mode, at a medium movement frequency, providing a very effective clean.
• Sensitive (red): slightly less powerful and with the lowest movement frequency, it is particularly suitable for people with sensitive gums or teeth; it will be even gentler than the other modes while remaining super effective. 😉
• Polish (flashing blue): helps “smooth” and polish the tooth surface to give them even more shine by alternating between the two highest movement frequencies; we recommend using it as a finishing touch, alongside a steady mode, or occasionally.

Where are the toothbrushes made?

MyVariations toothbrushes are manufactured in China. When launching, the brand sought to produce in France; however, there was no factory meeting its requirements for this type of product, and opening its own factory was not feasible at launch. 😔

I feel a tickling sensation during the first few brushes, is this normal?

Absolutely, this is a completely normal sensation. Indeed, the sonic technology of our toothbrushes provides ultra-effective brushing without damaging teeth and gums thanks to 40,000 vibrations per minute; your mouth simply needs to get used to this new brushing mode. The tickling sensation disappears after just a few brushes and is quickly replaced by a sensation of ultra-clean teeth!

There is a small gap between the body and the head of my brush, is this normal?

All toothbrushes have a small gap (a few millimetres) between the body and the brush head. This is completely normal: this gap is there so that the sonic vibrations of the brush head are not dampened by friction against the brush body.

What is the battery life?

The MyVariations toothbrush is equipped with a super long-lasting battery, with 1 month of battery life. You can travel with peace of mind! The Kids brush has a battery life of up to 1 month in Soft mode, and around 3 and a half weeks in Pulse mode.

What is the warranty policy?

From what age can the MyVariations toothbrush be used?

How durable are MyVariations brushes and their battery?

The battery of MyVariations toothbrushes offers a 1-month battery life (compared to 5 to 14 days for a conventional electric brush). How do I recharge the toothbrush?

To recharge your MyVariations toothbrush, simply open the small rubber cover located at the bottom of the brush (using your fingernail or a small flat object) to plug the charging cable into the brush port. Let the brush charge for 3-4 hours for a full charge, and you're good to go for a month of battery life! Don't forget to close the cover securely after charging to restore the brush's waterproof seal!

Can I use the MyVariations toothbrush in the shower?

Absolutely! MyVariations toothbrushes are waterproof, so you can use them in the shower without any worries. However, take care to close the charging port cover properly to maintain the waterproof seal, and dry them thoroughly after use to prevent any visual deterioration of the toothbrush.
