Satin is not a material, but one of the most refined weaving techniques: it is what gives the fabric its exceptional softness, regardless of the fibre used. Here, cotton is woven in satin to offer a supple, fluid and naturally elegant feel.

The fabric, immersion-dyed to achieve a deeper, more intense and nuanced colour, is then given a peach skin finish. This technical process of light, controlled micro-abrasion creates a very fine surface texture, subtly reducing the sheen of the satin in favour of a more matte, extremely velvety and even feel. The resulting softness is enhanced, almost powdery, while preserving the stability and characteristic drape of satin.
