SUMMER QUIZ 2024 RULES

From 1 August to 31 August 2024

Article 1: Quiz Organisation

The company SYMMETRIC, whose registered office is located at 23 rue du Mail, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258, is organising a quiz entitled "Summer Quiz The Bradery" from 1 August to 31 August inclusive, exclusively via The Bradery mobile app.

Article 2: Conditions of Participation

  1. Participation in the quiz is free and with no purchase obligation.
  2. To participate, you must download The Bradery app and create a user account.
  3. Participants must enable app notifications to receive the daily questions.
  4. Participants must have the latest version of the app (10.70.00) to view the quiz questions.
  5. Participants must be logged into their account on the app so that we can contact them in the event of a win. If the participant is not logged in, they are not linked to any email address and we are therefore unable to communicate their winnings to them.

Article 3: Quiz Terms

  1. Every day, a new question will be published on the app at 2:00 pm.
  2. Participants must answer the daily question before 1:59 pm the following day to validate their entry.
  3. Every answer, whether correct or incorrect, earns points towards winning vouchers for the new season. 1 quiz answer = 1 point. There are 31 days, so the maximum number of points that can be accumulated is 31 points.
  4. Each correct answer gives a chance to be drawn at random to win €100. For 31 days, 1 person will be drawn at random each day from among the correct answers to the previous day's question to win this amount.
  5. Each person can only win the €100 once.
  6. The voucher is valid for a single order and therefore cannot be used across multiple transactions.

Article 4: Prizes

  1. Participants can win the following vouchers based on the number of questions they have answered:

    • 30 answers: €50 voucher valid on purchases of €100 or more.
    • 20 answers: €30 voucher valid on purchases of €80 or more.
    • 10 answers: €10 voucher valid on purchases of €60 or more.

    As the quiz runs from 1 August to 31 August, participants can earn up to 31 points. In that case, they will receive a €50 voucher.

  2. An additional €100 voucher is up for grabs every day. One person who gave the correct answer will be drawn at random from among the participants. This voucher is strictly personal, cannot be combined with other promotional offers, and is valid across the entire site excluding Travel offers, until 15 September. After this date, the voucher will no longer be valid. This voucher can only be won once.

Article 5: Prize Delivery

  1. Winners of the €100 vouchers will be announced via push notification the following day and contacted by email within 3 days. Winners are advised to check their spam folder to make sure they do not miss the email. Only one follow-up will be sent. If the voucher is not used by the participant before 15 September, it will be cancelled.
  2. All vouchers will be sent by email at the start of the new season on 2 September to the email address linked to the app on which they participated in the quiz.
  3. To use their voucher, participants must enter their strictly personal code at the basket stage. The voucher can only be spent in a single transaction.

Article 6: Liability

  1. The company SYMMETRIC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, suspend or modify all or part of the quiz if circumstances beyond its control require it to do so.

Article 7: Data Protection

  1. Information collected from participants is recorded and used by the company SYMMETRIC for the management of the quiz and the allocation of prizes.
  2. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data. To exercise these rights, participants may write to the following address: hello@wollnessbetter.shop

Article 8: Acceptance of the Rules
