Hashi Damascus range

The KOTAI Hashi Damascus range offers Japanese knives combining strength, reliability and long-lasting sharpness, featuring a black pakka wood (pakkawood) handle and stainless Damascus steel blades with an exceptional HRC 61 hardness.

These Damascus blades feature patterns reminiscent of moving waves and the trails of water on the surface of a river. Thanks to its high carbon and cobalt content, MVS10Cob steel ensures long-lasting sharpness, but requires careful use and maintenance.
