The stainless steel blade provides a clean cut and long-lasting sharpness over time.
The mandolin has a push button on the rail to hold the vegetable securely and avoid any risk of cutting.
And to prevent your vegetable from sticking and you have to bring your fingers close to the blade, the surface of the mandolin is grooved and prevents any adhesion.
