The Nina loafer is made in Portugal in an artisan workshop. The calfskin leather used is produced in Italy at an LWG-certified tannery (sustainability certification)
The Nina loafer is inspired by the Venetian gondoliers' slippers but reinterpreted for an urban setting. Its sacchetto construction gives it flexibility and comfort. The Sacchetto manufacturing method involves sewing the soft lining leather like a small bag ("sacchetto" in Italian) and inserting it into the upper. The supple leather thus wraps around the foot like a glove.
The braid adorning the front of the shoe is entirely handcrafted. |• Do not wash
