This steel sheet frying pan is ideal for searing, grilling and browning meat, fish and eggs. Its Lyon-style flared edge allows food to be easily slid onto a plate. Made from thick white steel sheet, it offers rapid heat build-up and even heat distribution.
The functionality of this pan reaches high temperatures, promoting the Maillard reaction and the caramelisation of juices for flavourful dishes. Fitted with a high-temperature handle in matt black paint, it withstands up to 250°C for two hours. Seasoning is required before first use to optimise the natural non-stick properties that develop with use.
