The enamel bracelet is one of Hermès's most characteristic and technically sophisticated objects. The house has produced them since the 1960s: a metal core onto which enamel is applied, fired and then polished, creating that perfectly smooth, hard and deep surface that no paint can imitate. This also explains their longevity — well-maintained enamel does not tarnish.

This version is the most pared-back in the line. Whereas most enamel bracelets feature motifs from the house's silk scarves, this one bears nothing but plain cream enamel and the HERMÈS-PARIS inscription. The signature serves as its design. It is a choice that changes everything in wear: without a pattern, the bracelet goes with absolutely everything and can be worn every day as a foundation piece, whereas printed models call for a particular outfit.

The setting is rose gold-plated — a softer, warmer shade than classic gold, which works particularly well with the cream enamel. The contrast remains subtle, which is precisely the point. With a diameter of 6.5 cm and a length of 21 cm, it is suitable for a wrist measuring up to 18.5 cm. It can be worn alone for its simplicity or stacked with other bangles — indeed, this is the most common way collectors of the house wear it.
