Gyuto Chef’s Knife 21 cm - Hashi Classic Collection
The Gyuto (牛刀), meaning "beef knife" in Japanese, is the equivalent of a chef’s knife: agile and well-balanced for a comfortable grip, capable of cutting everything except bones and frozen food.
A hybrid between a Japanese and German blade profile, the Gyuto has a slightly rounded curve that allows a rocking motion for effortless chopping and slicing, while its lowered tip makes precision cutting easier.

Made in Seki, Japan’s knife capital, renowned worldwide for its high-quality blades and 800 years of forging expertise, each Hashi knife is a symbol of minimalist culinary craftsmanship, offering a cutting experience as refined as it is functional.

Based on its motto, “A bridge to go beyond”, the Hashi collection draws inspiration from the different forms taken by water and applies this allegory of “water adapting to its environment” to all its knives to highlight their versatility. It is therefore available in three distinct editions: Classic, Tsuchime and Damascus, with each knife carefully designed to offer you a unique experience tailored to your different culinary needs.
