The GG monogram — two intertwined Gs in homage to Guccio Gucci — appeared on the house's jacquard canvas in the 1960s, in response to the post-war leather shortage. What was a constraint becomes a signature: GG Canvas is today one of the most recognizable patterns in global luxury. The Sukey is one of the most accomplished variations of this heritage — a structured yet supple silhouette, with its characteristic pleated details on the canvas, its full-grain leather trims and its discreet gold hardware. A bag designed for intense everyday life, without ever sacrificing elegance.
