The Ophidia line is one of Gucci's contemporary signatures — it updates GG canvas in structured and functional shapes, with the front zipped pocket and the gold GG logo on the front as distinctive elements. The name Ophidia is a tribute to the house's archives — it refers to the snake motifs that have run through Gucci's history since the 1960s. This variation in pink GG jacquard canvas is one of the most sought-after in the line: the monogram disappears into the material, visible only in tone-on-tone relief, for an effect that is both discreet and luxurious.
