Discover a unique method, invented by Sébastien Lagree in Los Angeles in 2001.
The Lagree method is based on working under tension, continuous effort, and slow, controlled movements that intensely engage the muscles.
"High intensity, low impact": an intense yet low-impact method that protects all your joints.
At Flow Studio, every semi-private session — limited to 10 participants — is designed as a tailored experience. During 50 minutes of immersion on the Microformers, each participant progresses under the attentive eye of our expert, certified coaches. We're here to challenge ourselves and improve, each at our own pace, while respecting our bodies.

Who is it for?
Our studios are mixed and sessions are adapted to all levels, with options for beginners as well as more advanced participants.

What equipment do I need?
Bring sportswear, a water bottle, and a pair of non-slip socks, which are mandatory for safety and hygiene reasons. These can also be purchased on site.

How to activate the promo code?
1. Download the Flow Studio App on the App Store or Google Play
2. Log in with your email address
3. Go to the "purchase" tab
4. Select the pack corresponding to the one you purchased on The Bradery
5. At checkout, enter your promotional code to activate your offer

How to book your first session?
1. Open the Flow Studio App and select the "book" tab
2. Choose your preferred time slot
3. Confirm your booking

⚠️ All packs are activated from the first session completed, not from the date of purchase.
Make sure to book your first session as close to the current date as possible.
Otherwise, the system will not recognise your pack and you will not be able to make a booking.
