Description
- Classic Stainless Steel Stirrup Pressure Cooker. Satin interior finish. Mirror-polished exterior finish. Capsule base: 3.3mm aluminium + 0.5mm stainless steel. Body and lid: 1.2mm stainless steel. Working pressure: 55–80 kPa. Ideal for large families
- Ergonomic bakelite handles resistant to high temperatures. Silicone seal.
- Included: 1 Stainless steel cooking basket and rack
- All hobs including induction. Dishwasher safe
- The operating principle is as follows: two lugs are riveted onto the pot. A stirrup allows the lid to be lowered using a worm screw. The system is secured by a safety valve. The whistle or rotating valve regulates the internal pressure to approximately 0.7 bar.
