A vintage Céline Triomphe Link Long Necklace · gold-plated chain · curved oval links & raised Triomphe medallions · 90 cm · Made in Italy · engraved clasp · 1980s–1990s · grade B+.
In 1973, Céline Vipiana drew inspiration from the links of the chain around Paris's Arc de Triomphe to create the Blazon Chaîne motif — interlocking Cs that would become the house's Triomphe monogram. This linked long necklace is its purest jewellery expression: a long gold-plated chain whose curved oval links are punctuated at regular intervals with raised round medallions bearing the Triomphe emblem. Fine, structured, luminous — a chain that travels through time without ageing. At 90 cm, it offers rare versatility: worn long, doubled as a necklace, or tied at the waist as a belt chain. An archival piece from the 1980s–1990s, made in Italy, with the engraved clasp characteristic of Céline production from that period.
