Rules of the The Bradery x LE FILTRE game
Article 1: Game organising companies
The company SYMMETRIC (hereinafter, "Organising Company 1"), a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,338.90, whose registered office is located at 111, avenue Achille Perreti, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258.
The company WISH (hereinafter, "Organising Company 2") SAS registered under SIREN 817640048, with its registered office at 2 rue de la lune 75002 Paris.
The companies are jointly organising a free game with no purchase obligation entitled "The Bradery x Le Filtre" (hereinafter, the "Game") from 14/02/2023 at 9am to 20/02/2023 at 12pm (hereinafter, the "Game Period"), accessible at the following URL:

Article 2: Consultation of the game rules
The full rules of the Game (hereinafter, the "Rules") are available free of charge on the Site throughout the Game Period.
It is also available free of charge to any person who requests it from the Organising Companies at the following addresses: hello@wollnessbetter.shop and hello@le-filtre.fr
Article 3: Participation
Participating in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of and compliance with the provisions of the Rules.
The Game is not managed or sponsored by Facebook. The information you provide is supplied and used solely by the Organising Company, and not by Facebook.
The Game is not managed or sponsored by Apple. The information you provide is supplied and used solely by the Organising Company, and not by Apple. No Apple products are included as prizes in the Game.
By participating in the game, you accept the data protection policy and agree to receive newsletters from The Bradery and Le Filtre.
3.1 Conditions of participation in the Game
Only natural persons residing in metropolitan France may participate in the Game, to the exclusion of employees of the Organising Company and those of companies that participated in the preparation of the Game, and members of their immediate family (parents, brothers and sisters, or any other person residing in the same household).
Any participant under the age of 18 and/or who does not have legal capacity must obtain prior authorisation from a parent or guardian to participate in the Game and accept the Rules.
The Organising Company may at any time ask any minor or assisted participant to provide proof of such authorisation and, if applicable, disqualify a participant who is unable to provide proof of such authorisation. Participation in the Game is limited to one person per entry (same surname, same first name, same email address and Facebook ID) except for sharing of the Game as indicated in clause 4.2. Any additional participation will be considered null and void.
To participate, it is mandatory to use a valid personal email address.
3.2 Validity of participation
The Organising Company reserves the right to verify that participants have taken part in the Game in accordance with the Rules. Non-compliant entries will result in the disqualification of participants and the loss of points.
The following situations will result in the immediate disqualification of participants:
- Multiple entries using non-existent email addresses.
The Organising Company may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, including by computer means, in the context of participation in the Game. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to the fraudsters and/or to bring proceedings before the competent courts against the perpetrators of such fraud.
It is expressly agreed that the Organising Company may rely on programmes, data, files, records, operations and other elements in computer or electronic format or media, in particular for the purpose of proving any breach by participants of the provisions of the Rules.
Article 4: How the game works
4.1. In order to validate their participation, participants must provide their email address, accept the conditions of participation, and confirm their entry
4.2. In order to participate in the Game, participants must, during the Game Period, proceed as follows:
- Go to the Site and access the Game page
- Fill in their email address
- Click on "I'M ENTERING"
- Prizes will be awarded at the end of the Game Period, on 20/02/2023.
One winner for the lottery will be drawn on Monday 20/02/2023 and contacted shortly afterwards by email. In the absence of a response by 22 February 2022, another person will be drawn.
- Any inaccurate or incomplete entry cannot be taken into account and may result in the entry being declared null and void. In particular, entries whose contact details are inaccurate, fanciful or incomplete, or those that do not comply with the provisions of the Rules, or those submitted after the close of the Game Period, may not be considered.
It is strictly forbidden for a participant to enter the Game using another person's email address.
Article 5: Prizes
5.1. List of prizes at stake at the end of the Game Period
The Bradery x Le Filtre: 2 VIP tickets for the Céline Dion concert on 09/09/23 at €690 excl. VAT/person for one winner.
5.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged or converted into their cash equivalent and cannot be awarded in any form other than that provided for by the Rules.
Article 6: Awarding of prizes
Any prize that cannot be awarded, as a result of an error or omission in the participants' contact details, a change in their contact details, an unsubscription from the The Bradery newsletter, failure to claim the prize within the allotted time or for any other reason attributable to the winners, and any prize not claimed by the winners within the allotted time, will be deemed forfeited and will not be re-entered into the draw. The prize may under no circumstances be claimed at a later date by the original winner.
Article 7: Data Protection
7.1. The personal details of participants in the Game are intended for use by the Organising Company for the purposes of the Game, in particular its organisation, the production of participation statistics, the processing of the participant's entry and the sending of prizes.
The personal details whose provision is mandatory in the context of the Game are identified by an asterisk on the Game entry form; failure to provide these mandatory details will mean that the participant's entry cannot be taken into account.
7.2. Under no circumstances shall this information be retained after the end of the Game, unless the participant consents to receiving commercial offers relating to the products and services of the Organising Company.
Pursuant to Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, participants and their legal representatives have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning participants, as well as the right to object on legitimate grounds and to object to canvassing, in particular for commercial purposes.
7.3. Through this game, each participant who clicked on "I'M ENTERING" on the registration form will receive emails from Organising Company 1 and 2 about new products, offers and brand news. Article 8: Liability
8.1. Participation in the Game via the Internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring information. The absence of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by viruses circulating on the network cannot under any circumstances give rise to the liability of the Organising Company.
In this regard, the Organising Company cannot be held liable in the event of interruption of Internet communications or alteration of entries (network communication, network interruption) and, more generally, for any malfunction of the Internet network, all or part of the Site or any other technical connection over which the Organising Company has no control. In particular, the Organising Company or its service providers accept no liability in the event that the Site is unavailable during the Game Period for a reason not attributable to them.
Likewise, the Organising Company cannot be held liable for delays or errors in the transmission of electronic mail beyond its control and accepts no liability in the event of improper use of the device used to access the Game or an incident related to the use of that device (more specifically, the Organising Company cannot be held liable for any material or immaterial damage caused to participants, to their computer equipment and to the data stored thereon, and to the consequences that may result therefrom for their personal, professional or commercial activities).
8.2. The Organising Company's liability cannot be engaged in the event of an error in the delivery of the prize due to incorrect information provided by the winner.
8.3. The Organising Company cannot incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure, it were required to cancel the present Game, shorten, extend, postpone or modify the conditions thereof, its liability not being engaged as a result.
Article 9: Reimbursement of internet connection costs
No financial compensation, nor any expenditure in any form whatsoever, will be granted to participants by reason of their participation.
Article 10: Intellectual Property / Image Rights
The images used on the Site, the objects depicted, the brands and trade names mentioned, the graphic and computer elements and the databases making up the Site are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced, represented or used without the written authorisation of the latter, under penalty of civil and/or criminal proceedings.
All brands or product names mentioned are trademarks or registered product names of their respective owners.
Article 11: Disputes - applicable law
The Game and the Rules are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory public policy provisions applicable in the country of the participant's domicile.
Any dispute arising in connection with this Game shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory public policy provisions applicable in the country of the participant's domicile.
