Like all our period underwear, " Under maintenance " replaces your classic period protection and is available in absorbency:

• SUPER: for normal to heavy periods,
• MEDIUM: for light to normal periods,
• LIGHT: for the end of your period, vaginal discharge or light urinary leaks.

NB: if your flow is haemorrhagic (copper IUD, endometriosis, hormonal imbalance…) it is possible that on your heaviest day you may need to change your underwear during the day. You can also wear your underwear with an internal protection at the start of the day and finish with the underwear alone for the rest of the day.

Medium: INNER LINING: 95% organic cotton 5% elastane OUTER: 75% polyamide/25% elastane INNER CORE: 81% cotton/16% polyurethane/3% elastane

Super: INNER LINING: 95% organic cotton 5% elastane OUTER: 75% polyamide/25% elastane INNER CORE: 65% bamboo fibre, 33% polyester, 2% polyurethane

Care instructions: Wash twice before first use, rinse the underwear in cold water as soon as you take it off until the water runs clear, wash by hand or in the machine on a synthetic programme at 30°C, do not use fabric softener or bleach. Ideally, place the underwear in a laundry bag when machine washing, or in the Sisters Republic 3-in-1 pouch which also serves as a laundry bag. Do not tumble dry — leave to air dry.
